Each of the journeys vary with regards to the routes and excursions, but all offer the same unforgettable adventure onboard. Every journey includes all meals, transfers, excursions and drinks from the bar; the only additional extra you may wish to pay for are treatments and massages in the onboard spa.
The cabins onboard the Royal Scotsman are spacious yet cosy making them the ideal retreat after a day exploring. Available to use at any time you wish, passengers can lounge in the solitude of their cabin if they prefer, or of course can explore the train and converse with fellow passengers in the bar car or take in the magnificent views from the observation car.
Plush beds with soft Scottish fabrics make ensure a restful nights sleep while the elegant décor continues the glamorous theme of the other ornate carriages. With large windows for gazing out over the ever-changing landscapes as well as a dressing table, full-length wardrobe, ceiling fan, toiletries and fresh towels, the Royal Scotsman cabins can be compared to that of a fine hotel suite.

For larger parties travelling together, interconnecting cabins are available by request to open up multiple cabins to form a large lounge. Single cabins are available by request, as is single-occupancy of any other cabin, although at additional cost.
