Since some journeys include an elevation of up to 4,000ft, in-built oxygen tanks and masks are available to ensure additional comfort at high altitudes. Medical assistance is also always available on board should you need some assistance getting used to the elevation changes.

The Andean Explorer is a sleeper train that travels between Cusco, Puno and Arequipa in Peru.
