These new locations include the ‘Eternal City’ of Rome, the Renaissance city of Florence, lakeside Geneva, the city of Brussels, and the Dutch capital, Amsterdam. Travelling onboard some of the finest 1920s carriages, guests now have the option of a range of brand new journeys that expand the horizons of luxury rail travel even further.
These pioneering new routes open up new possibilities for those looking to explore Europe in style while enjoying the unrivalled levels of luxury available while staying onboard the Venice Simplon Orient Express. These new journeys follow the same popular one-night, one-way format that most guests prefer booking and include all meals, 24 hour steward service, champagne reception and everything else you would expect from a journey of this calibre.
Current available with limited dates, these new journeys are available at no greater costs than many of the existing journeys, such as the popular London to Venice journey. At almost half the price of a London to Venice trip, our Florence to Paris journey connects these two beautiful cities over one unforgettable night. Starting from just £1,400 per passenger occupying a Twin Cabin, Florence to Paris opens up a wider range of options to those looking to expand their horizons and try a luxury train journey for the first time.
Rome
A come back to the schedule, the Venice Simplon Orient Express will once again return to Rome. Connecting two iconic and truly beautiful cities, just two journeys from Rome to Paris will be available in 2021 and with it a lower price point. This opens up opportunities to those looking to experience luxury train travel for the first time or add this journey on to the beginning or end of a holiday. Booking swiftly is recommended for these journeys as with only two dates and Rome being frequently requested, these journeys are likely to sell out soon.
Geneva

Brussels
Guests will have the initial choice of Venice to Brussels, Verona to Brussels or Brussels to Innsbruck. Acting as a beautiful backdrop when arriving or departing, guests will enjoy a one-night adventure as they travel across Europe onboard one of the world's most luxurious and most famous trains. Passengers will enjoy an afternoon taking in the views as the train travels onwards to their destination. Pastries with tea and coffee are served before a lavish four-course dinner later that evening. Exquisite cuisine prepared fresh onboard is on the menu, after which passengers are free to explore the train or perhaps unwind in the bar car while the resident pianist adds to the ambience.
