In May 2024, The Royal Scotsman will be welcoming 2 brand new Grand Suites. This train now contains 2 single cabins, 12 twin cabins, 4 double cabins and 2 shiny new grand suites!

The attention to detail featured in these cabins is second to none. Each one is decorated beautifully with dark woods, sophisticated tartans and tweeds, dimly lit vintage lamps for an exclusive members-only club feel. The cabins are complete with a dressing table, wardrobe, private bathroom with shower, high quality toiletries and bath robes as well central heating controls and panoramic windows.

Every bed is furnished with both feather and foam pillows and a luxurious feather duvet and with the train stationary at night, you are sure to have a peaceful night's sleep.

Grand Suites

The Grand Suite will be considerably larger than the cabins; with a fixed double bed, dressing table, full length wardrobe, dining table with two chairs, sofa and en suite bathroom. The spacious interiors are filled with Scottish culture references and the decorative choices made by Belmond are intended to reflect the breathtaking landscapes of the Highlands.
